This single head automatic sauce bottle filler is used to fill both liquid like(water, wine, oil etc) and paste like
(cream, essential oil, lotion,perfume, honey, tomato paste, sauce etc in food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and chemical and other industries.
The machine material is made with SUS304, which is clean and hygienic, easy to disassemble and wash.
Filling head adopts with anti-leakage, anti-dropping function.
Filling machine can also be equipped with feeder to feed liquid or paste into hopper automatically.

Usually for this style sauce bottle filler , we have three optional to fit for different vicosity paste or gels
1/ The most cheapest machine is the automatic cylinder type filling machine .it is the traditional types filling machine , it need adjust the cylinder when filling different volume
2/And then it is the automatic piston pump filling machine , it use panasonic servo motor to drive piston pump , it is more easier operate than cylinder type filling machine and can install the parameter in the PLC and touch screen
and the filling precision is higher than cylinder type filling machine
3/The automatic rotor pump filling machine is the third type filling machine , it fit for not only normal liquid ,paste ,gel , but also thick&sticky paste and paste with particles
it is easy cleaning and the fastest speed than other two styles automatic filling machine
one unit single head automatic sauce filling machine can fit for different filling range bottles food grade pipes and 316L stainless steel ,adjustable filling nozzles can fill different bottles
we will add a closure and change a 150L big hopper in the filling machine to avoid dust when filling , it is a good choice for food industry packing line
