Description
MTW automatic paste filling machine fit different thick & sticky paste filling line.
In food industry like honey, sauce, jam, marmalade, tomato paste, ketchup, chocolate paste, luncheon meat, etc.
We will choose the piston pump according to the vicosity of the paste, for thick&sticky paste, we will choose the piston pump with rotor valve. for normal liquid such as edible oil, detergent, liquid fertilizer, pesticide or motor oil, normal piston pump is ok.
Most of the paste filling machine need add a mixture in the hopper, some of them need heat function, we can use double layer hopper to keep temperature, such as honey filling, tomato paste filling.
usually for the paste filling nozzles, it will be bigger than liquid filling nozzles, we will choose suitable filling heads according to your paste viscosity. the filling heads are specially made, with the function of anti-drop and anti-drawing & bubble-kill. for the liquid with foam, we will produce diving heads to make sure the filling process smoothly.
The machine use world word-class brand components, such as photo sensor—Keyence (Japan) PLC—Mitsubishi (Japan) Electrinic control part—Schneider (France) Touch screen—Delta (Taiwan) Or MCGS(Beijing China) Cylinder–AirAc (Taiwan). all the parts of the filling machine meet CE certification and CSA and UL certification, all the paste touching part use food grade s316L stainless steel.
