This sauce filling equipment automatic packing line  can fit for cream filling machine, jam filling machine and liquid filling line, such as mayonnaise, Scrub, gel filler, honey filler and so on. this machine adopts one touch screen, you can operate and setting parameters in the touch screen, easily operate.

Photo sensor—Keyence (Japan), it use to test the bottle when coming and come out, it can make sure the filling accuracy is high. besides sensor, for other parts, we also use world level brands, such as Mitsubishi (Japan) Electrinic control part—Schneider (France) Touch screen—Delta (Taiwan) Or MCGS(Beijing China) Cylinder–AirAc (Taiwan), it make sure the machines is high quality and stable when working.

The filling nozzles are special made, it use food grade s316L, with anti-drop function, no bottle no filling. for example, if the there is a 4nozzles filling machine, the machine will be work when the bottles no less than 5pcs, if less than 5pcs. the machine stop filling thus can ensure there is no liquid drop when filling process. this filling nozzles are customizable and adjustable, it is widely use different bottle sizes, different material bottles, such as glass bottles filling, glass jar filling, plastic bottles filling and so on.

This sauce filling equipment  use panasonic servo motor drive piston pump, the piston pump with rotor valve, fit different thick&sticky paste, high vicosity paste, such as honey, sauce, jam, marmalade, tomato paste, ketchup, chocolate paste, luncheon meat, etc. if you are a food industry, you want to fill edible oil, chili paste, honey, this machine can meet all your requirments, for different vicosity paste, we can produce one set nozzles for replacement. 

There is a special swift in the hopper of the sauce filling equipment  , it uses to control the liquid or paste in it, when the paste more than the swift button, the transfer pump will stop working, when the paste is less than the swift, the transfer pump will transfer the paste. 

We will add a glass closure for free, it is safe and cleaning for food industry, can avoid dust when packing, some factory in European, such as Germany, will require add the function when open the door the machine stop, it ensure the worker safty working. if you want a full packing line for paste, we will add an automatic feeding machine, automatic capping machine, automatic labeling machine, and automatic collecting table for you.
