This is apeanut butter filling machine, it not only fits for honey ,but also fits for sticky paste , or paste with particles ,such as peanut butter ,Tahini ，butter paste and so on

Thispeanut butter filling machine is automatically ,the filling nozzles is food grade 316L , with anti-drop function , the filling nozzles is adjustable

We have two styles for this filling machine , one is piston pump ,another is rotor pump

Piston pump :it fits for liquid or normal vicosity paste , such as honey , tomato paste , pesticide ,ddetergent ,edible oil and so on , it is one servo motor drive piston pump , cost effective and 99.9%high precision

Rotor pump :it fits for very sticky paste ,such as chili paste with particles , butter , peanut paste , sticky jam

 

we use international brand accessories , there is different PLC and touch screen , such as MCGS .simence and mitsubishi , panasonic servo motor , Keyence sensor and so on

Hopper with mixture function ,adjustable conveyor belt bottle blocking device , it can ensure the bottle stop at the right position and ensure the filling precision
