This Liquid filling system use gear pump ,it fits for the liquid bottle filling process ,it can connect with capping and labeling machine and connect a whole line
this liquid filling system usually fits for small bottles no more than 1000ml ,such as eyedrop ,CBD, essential oil and so on

The whole liquid filling system machine adopt PLC and touch screen volume, can set filling volume on touch screen, easy operation! For different volumes for example, 1ml, 10ml, 20ml, we set three procedures, mode 1, mode 2, model 3“` The PLC can save these parameters for later use.
With gear pump and blue valve and food grade silicon pipe, the filling parts is easy take off and clean and replace, meet GMP standard.
The filling heads distance can be adjusted more far or more close to suit big bottle or small bottle.
To ensure the bottles and filling heads are in the correct position, we add bottle-neck fixing parts, to ensure the whole filling & capping process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling.

usually the liquid filling system can connect with a capping machine , we use a cap vibrating sorter for different caps , we can customize different caps for the screw caps , the bottles with inner and outter caps . as this liquid filling system is fit for small bottles , so it use wheel star to fix the bottles and make it stable when filling
