This Automatic Filling and capping machine for pump caps fit for perfume filling process, This Filling and capping machine work together it can work in a wheel start, the wheel start can fix the bottles and ensure filling process. using the peristaltic or piston pump to fill, use good for small volume, with high accuracy, meet GMP standard.

We do a specilized device that can automatic feeding pump caps for perfume or essential oil bottles, it can save a lot labour cost. if you want to save labour cost, you can also choose manual put caps and do a straight line. 

The pump styles is optional, you can choose piston pump filling, peristaltic pump filling, gear pump filling or rotor pump filling according to different liquid or bottle sizes. 

This is the peristaltic pump, the liquid will not go through the pump, the pump uses quick-fit removal Structure: easy cleaning and disinfection. Can link with CIP cleaning system.
