This is an automatic  filling and capping  machine in linear , it include automatic bottle feeding machine , fautomatic peristaltic filling and capping machine ,automatic round bottle labeling machine and automatic packing table , it fits for small scale factory ,save space and cost effective

Packing Turntable 

It uses in the begining of the Essential oil filling line for small bottles, there is 800mm 1000mm 1200mm three diameters

for small bottles, 800mm or 1000mm is enough

–3mm thickness stainless steel+18mm-20mm copper plate , strong and stable for the essential oil filling line

–Can use in the begining or in the end , widely fit for different bottles

–save labour cost ,automatically feeding or collecting the bottles

Automatic Filling And Capping Machine 

–Filling and Capping Machine work together ,there is a wheel star to fix the small bottles ,more stable when filling and capping , we can also do a liner style instead

–For different liquid or paste ,we will choose different paste ,for paste gel , we will choose panasonic servo motor ;for flow liquid ,can choose gear pump , for small bottles and avoid mixture flour ,can choose peristaltic pump filling machine

–Capping part , there is 4 wheels capping part , pressing capping part , screwing capping part different styles can work together with the pre filling process

Peristaltic pump 

This is a peristaltic pump filling machine which is suitable for filling small volume bottles. It is commonly used in liquid and paste in tube, reagent testing tube, eye drop, e liquid, essential oil, pocket perfume, nail polish, pigment paint etc.

–Filling heads: The filling heads are specially made, with the function of anti-drop and anti-drawing, without bubble. No bottle no filling.

–Cleaning: The pump uses quick-fit removal Structure: easy cleaning and disinfection. For filling different flavor or different color liquid or paste, just change the silicon tubes.

 

Cap Vibrating Sorter 

It uses to feed the caps automatically , usually one size cap one cap vibrating sorter
