we have MCGS ,Siemens,Delta three styles high quality touch screen and PLC , easy operate , no need many time to adjust

2/ Besides piston pump, the liquid contacted parts, are all SUS316L, like valve, tube, filling heads, screw and nut.
The sealing ring inside piston pump we use is Polytetrafluoroethylene, good sealing effect and long use life
all these parts meet CE standard and food grade

3/Filling nozzles are adjustable and customizable according to your bottles and jar sizes
Filling head adopts with anti-leakage, anti-dropping function. no bottle no filling
although it is single head filling machine , but it can meet automatic operate , save labour cost and fast filling speed

4/Mixture function in the hopper , adjustable speed

1–Filling volume adjustment
Panasonic servo motor drive filling machine can adjust filling volume on touch screen. For example you want to fill 500ml, just input 500ml on touch screen is ok. Easy & fast operation!

Airtac cylinder drive filling machine need adjust cylinder stroke little & little, takes times.

2–Filling accuracy
Panasonic servo motor drive with higher filling accuracy than Airtac cylinder drive filling machine.
