Description

This is our automatic oil filling machine, the speed can reach 2500-3000bottles per hour. we also have 1/2/4/6/8/10/12/14 filling nozzles can be choosed depend on different filling speed requirments per hour.

This is panasonic servo motor, this servo motor drive piston pump, not only fit for liquid as water, edible oil, but also tomato paste and fruit jam, filling error less than 0.2%, high precision and high speed.

This oil filling machine not only fit for glass bottles but also fit for plastic bottles for palm oil filling line. the filling heads are adjustable and customizable as your different oil bottle size and shape. it has anti-drop function, will not drop when filling production, no bottle, no filling.

We can add a glass door for the oil filling machine, it will avoid dust when filling, open door machine stop function also acceptable.
