This machine is used to close all kinds of screw caps. It uses a cap vibrating sorter to feed caps to bottle mouth.Then 4 wheels move together to close the caps. It is widely used all kinds of bottles and caps with different materials in the pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, food, cosmetics and other industries.
The mechanical part can be adjusted right or left, up or down to suit various sizes bottles and caps.
It is very flexible for different sizes of round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles by adjustment.
It adopts human-computer touch screen control, which can save 10-20 kinds of different operating parameters and easy to switch.
This is cap vibrating sorter ,the caps will be put in the cap vibrating sorter and the it feeding the caps by rail automatically
